At Viet Duc Sturgeon, hatchery production is one of the core foundations of our aquaculture operations. We focus on producing and supplying healthy sturgeon larvae and fingerlings for farms seeking reliable stock and long-term production stability.
Our hatchery works with sturgeon genetics originating from Gersfeld, Germany, including Beluga, Russian, Siberian and selected hybrid lines. Each production cycle is managed with close attention to water quality, temperature, oxygen levels, feeding and early-stage fish development.

Sturgeon farming
We currently raise multiple sturgeon lines, including Beluga, Russian, Siberian, and selected hybrid varieties, using genetics originating from Gersfeld, Germany.
Fresh Fish Sales
Viet Duc Sturgeon supplies fresh, locally farmed sturgeon to restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and other commercial partners across Vietnam.
Fish feed distribution
Viet Duc Sturgeon supplies specialized aquaculture feed for sturgeon farming, supporting farmers from the early growth stages through to commercial production.
